Plasma ranitidine concentration-time curve and the maximal plasma ranitidine concentration in human volunteers were significantly increased with a noni fruit extract pretreatment.  Noni fruit extract also produced a definite contractile response by a rat gastric fundus strip.  These results suggest noni has a unique gastrokinetic activity and potential increases GI motility.
