Lemon juice enriched with noni exhibited in vitro antioxidant activity against DPPH, superoxide, and hydroxyl radicals. It was also active in the hypochlorous acid assay.  This blend also demonstrated potential acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase inhibition. (original abstract available online at
