Antioxidant and toxicity tests of roasted noni (Morinda citrifolia) leaf infusion.

The antioxidant activity of roasted noni leaf infusion was greater than green tea infusion.  The noni infusion was non‐mutagenic or cytotoxic, did not induce primary DNA damage in vitro, nor was there any evidence of acute oral toxicity.
