Antidiabetic Effect of Morinda citrifolia (Noni) Fermented by Cheonggukjang in KK-A(y) Diabetic Mice.

Diabetic mice fed fermented noni juice for 90 days had significantly lower blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels, serum triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and food consumption than those in a reference group that did not consume noni.
