Education and Professional Experience
Dr. White received a bachelor and master's degree from Brigham Young University. He received his PhD from Utah State University.  He served as an assistance professor at South Dakota State University, as a research scientist for the US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service (ARS), and then as agricultural administrator for the US State Department.
